Watch LoveWorld Christian Network on the following decoders:

1) Channel 14 on your VIVID Decoder
2) Channel 26 on your DSTV MULTICHOICE PVR Decoder
3) On any FREE-TO-AIR Decoder or Receiver using the following parameters:

Frequency: 12682
Symbol Rate: 26657
FEC: 1/2
Polarization: Horizontal
Position: 68.5 degrees East.

Watch LoveWorld Christian Network on the following decoders:

1) On any FREE-TO-AIR Decoder or Receiver
2) On the later models of DSTV MULTICHOICE Decoders such as DSD 660, 720i or 910 Dual Decoders, you can watch LoveWorld on the PUBLIC PAS 7/10 Bouquet by SCROLLING UP/DOWN to LoveWorld; otherwise, you may have to change the settings on your decoder by following these steps:

1. press “MENU” button
2. Move down to “Advanced Options, and press OK.
3. To upgrade your software, select”DSD Upgrade” & press OK.(This could take about 8minutes to complete.)
   
   If uncertain, follow this step.

4. Repeat steps 1&2, then step 5.
5. Now select “Dish Installation” and press OK
6. Enter PIN Code “ 9 9 4 9”
7. On “Dish Installation” menu, move down to NETWORK 2.
8. Use right arrow to select “Other” menu. Press OK.
9. Check that Satellite Name is PAS 7/10
10. Move to FREQUENCY on line 6 & press OK. Enter 12682, Press OK.
11. Check that the Symbol Rate is 26657.
12. Move down to “FEC” and use right arrow to change to ½, Press OK.
13. Check that Polarization is HORIZONTAL
14. Move down to “Use NIT”, change it to YES. Press OK
15. Move down to “Accept displayed values”, and press OK.
16. Dish Installation menu should display.
17. Move down to “Scan all networks” Scanning may take several minutes.

Wait till new screen displays.

18. Press “TV” button and move down to “Public PAS 7/10” and press “OK”
19. Press P+ or P- until you find “LoveWorld”

What to try if your decoder / receiver does not pick up LoveWorld from PAS-10: ALTERNATIVES –
Please try one at a time and check for success before proceeding to the next one.

1) When following the above procedure, on Network 2, try changing the LNB Hi Frequency to 10600, then “Accept displayed values” and press EXIT.  On the Dish Installation menu,”Scan all networks" (Steps 14-16) and check for success.  If you are unable to access this setting, go to Network 1 and change only the LNB Hi Frequency, which in turn will change the other networks.

2) If no success, go to the Dish Installation menu and “Reset to Factory Defaults” which will erase any changes you have made.  Repeat the above Setup Procedure and the above alternatives again.

OR

You may need to discuss with your technician the following:

A) Check the age of the LNB on the dish.  It may need replacing if 2 years or
   older.  [A S/N ratio of 0.3 - 0.4 dB is needed]   Perhaps get another LNB to
   test.

OR

B) Get your installer to re-tune the dish to get the strongest possible signal on
    PAS-10. The LNB offset angle is very important and must be carefully set.
